The design takes the intangible void as a precedent and translates it into a series of occupiable outdoor spaces, which shapes the conventional tower/podium configuration into a composition of four L-shaped volumes hovering above each other. The voids gesture a series of perceivable moments between towers, podiums and sunken plaza, creating a “multi-dimensional city living room” that ties private uses and public activities together, invoking vibrant vibe at place.
